Intellectual Property Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This policy explains who owns what during and after a project — the work we create, the materials you provide, and the third-party assets a website may rely on.
Ownership of deliverables
On full payment of all fees for a project, ownership of the final custom deliverables we create specifically for you — such as your project’s custom layout and code — transfers to you. Until payment is complete, all work remains the property of Alvendra Dev.
Pre-existing and third-party materials
Websites often include third-party materials such as fonts, images, icons, plugins, apps, frameworks, or libraries. These remain the property of their owners and are used under their own licenses. Any ongoing license fees for such materials are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Client-provided materials
You retain ownership of the content and assets you provide, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. You are responsible for ensuring that text, images, logos, and other materials you supply do not infringe anyone else’s rights.
Alvendra Dev tools and components
We may use our own reusable tools, techniques, code patterns, and internal components to deliver your project efficiently. These underlying tools and know-how remain ours, and this policy does not transfer them to you, even though the finished deliverable is yours.
Portfolio and promotion
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio and reference you as a client for promotional purposes. If you prefer we keep a project private, let us know and we will honor that.
Trademarks
“Alvendra Dev,” our logo, and related marks belong to us. Your brand names and marks belong to you. Neither side may use the other’s trademarks without permission, except as needed to deliver the project or as allowed above.
Infringement concerns
If you believe any material on our website or in a deliverable infringes your rights, contact us using the details below with a description of the material and your claim, and we will review it promptly.
