Web Development Services Terms
Last updated: July 5, 2026
These Services Terms describe how Alvendra Dev delivers web development, improvement, optimization, and support work, and what each side is responsible for during a project.
Scope of services
We provide custom web development and technical support — building new websites, improving and reorganizing existing ones, optimizing performance and delivery, and offering ongoing maintenance and practical technical assistance. The exact services for your engagement are defined in your written project scope.
Project agreement and scope
Each project is defined by a scope document or proposal covering deliverables, timeline, price, and assumptions. Work outside that scope is treated as a change request and may affect cost and timing. A clear scope protects both sides and keeps the project predictable.
Timelines and milestones
We provide an estimated timeline based on the agreed scope and your timely input. Timelines assume that content, access, and feedback are provided when needed. Milestones help track progress and, where applicable, trigger scheduled payments.
Client materials and access
You are responsible for providing the content, images, brand assets, and account access required for the work, and for ensuring you have the right to use any material you supply. Delays in providing these may extend the timeline.
Third-party services
Projects often rely on third-party services such as hosting, domains, email, plugins, apps, or paid tools. Unless stated otherwise in your scope, subscriptions and fees for these services are your responsibility, and they are governed by their own providers’ terms.
Testing and acceptance
Before final delivery, we test the work on current, widely used browsers and device sizes. You will have an opportunity to review deliverables and request in-scope corrections. Once approved, the deliverable is considered accepted.
Post-launch support and maintenance
Practical technical assistance and maintenance are available after launch, either as an ongoing arrangement or on request. Support terms, response expectations, and pricing are agreed separately from the initial build.
Warranties and limitations
We take care to deliver work that functions as described at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as rankings, traffic, or sales, and we are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services, later edits made by others, or changes outside our control.
Fees and payment
Fees, deposits, and payment schedules are set out in your project agreement. Late or missed payments may pause work until the account is current. Refund and cancellation matters are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
